Charcuterie boards have been a thing in my family before we even knew of the coined phrase. Growing up, my dad would always have a block of cheese, some type of ham, crackers, and his beer in hand enjoying these delicious treats before dinner time. As a result I love and would much rather prefer snacking instead of having a huge plate of food. Most recently, found the Brooklyn Cured Salami and the La Quercia Prosciutto Spread at Palm Beach Meats. If you’re local to West Palm Beach or even passing through, you will have to check out this gem of a shop. I now buy my wagyu, deli meats, cheeses and even wine from them.
