My husband received a fancy schmancy Breville Juicer as a gift for Christmas last year from yours truly. He’s been wanting it for a while and I was not particularly crazy about having or using one. Of course like so many things I initially close myself off to I eventually warm up and come around to it. Coincidentally, I’ve recently starting buying a most delicious pressed juice from our Local Sushi Jo Bistro called a Gojo Green Juice. This green anti inflammatory juice is a blend of celery, kale, spinach, apple, ginger, and cucumber. Now, you may be thinking that this sounds borderline gross and I could see and understand how, with reason. I for one also thought the same thing until I tried it and absolutely fell in love. We make it at home since concocting our own version at home.
This Green Anti Inflammatory Juice is sure to not only help with any inner inflammation, but it is also sure to keep your immune system nicely polished! Make all of your juices freshly pressed the day of for the best freshness. This is such a wonderful way to incorporate eating your greens if otherwise you struggle. Green Anti Inflammatory Juice
Ingredients
- 4 Celery Sticks
- 1 Bunch of Kale
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 Cucumber
- First, gather all of your ingredients. No need to worry about peeling anything as the juicer will collect the pulp for you to discard or even better, use for compost afterwards.
- Next, press each ingredient through the juicer. Depending on your juicer, this may get loud, but do not fear.
- Cycle through each ingredients until you’ve ended up with your juice. This recipe makes enough juice for two people to enjoy! Cheers!
