I wish there was some magical explanation I could give you for this savory hummus recipe but it’s as simple as could be and sometimes the most tastiest of dishes just work out that way. Enjoy this classic hummus as an appetizer at your next gathering or make it for the week to enjoy for your midday snack at work.

Classic Hummus

Ingredients

2 – 14 oz. cans chickpeas, drained
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. tahini

Prepare

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Serve with carrots, celery, or vegetable of choice. Enjoy!
